Get illusionated! 🌤️
5 Steps to Keep the Spark Alive in Our Lives 🎢
illusion is one of the topics that I am most passionate about because I believe that often, illusion is more important than happiness because it is the precursor to what we feel. Call it what you want: desires, aspirations, inspiration, illusions, or anything else, but fill your life with them! They are crucial for also seeing the future more brightly throughout your life. I'll illustrate this with a quote from the artist Pablo Picasso: ‘Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working’.
I love to think that we all work towards something bigger than our simple jobs. Nowadays, I believe that the biggest challenge of this century is to ensure that young people, and not so young ones, find a true motivation for life because it is getting harder and harder. It seems like bad mood has become a profession, it seems like it's increasingly difficult to get illusionated, smile, and that everything worries us, everything is a drama, nothing excites us, and we have to regain that!
That motivation consists of even if our motivation is small or large, that, let me tell you, there is nothing small if we see that ultimately we belong to something big and transcendent.

Pandas live in black and white, but their illusions are brighter and more colourful than a rainbow.
Although we must strike a balance between the present and the future, Naturally, we are going to live in the future, and if you do not dedicate several parts of your time, your day, your life, to the construction of these ilusions, then our future will be full of nightmares.
Illusions act as fuel for our happiness by giving us something to believe in, something to fight for, and something that fills us with enthusiasm and energy. They allow us to visualize a better future and inspire us to take positive actions to achieve it. When we cultivate illusions, we are feeding our soul and strengthening our resilience to face the challenges that may arise along the way.
It is crucial to integrate illusions into our daily lives because they keep us connected to our deepest desires and help us keep the spark of hope alive. Without illusions we run the risk of falling into apathy and demotivation, losing sight of what really matters to us and what drives us forward.

The big question is: How do we build them? What are we doing to have more and more illusions in our lives?

The interesting thing about illusions is that it always starts with a GENUINE EMOTION, and this is very important, please engrave it in your mind like a tattoo: 'a genuine emotion that you cannot invent YOU HAVE TO DISCOVER'. Let me give you an example, imagine that you are invited to eat at a buffet, you are hungry but you don't crave anything in particular, so what do you do? You start to try, adding to your plate one or two things that seem interesting to you and you start to try everything, well, that's it, at first many times we have to make things up but the point is that you try and it is be genuine.
Surround yourself with people who are illusionated, illusionated people tend to see the positive side of situations, their positive energy and optimistic attitude can infect us and motivate us to pursue our own illusions.
Be very careful with people who ´disappoint´ you, and I don't mean that they disappoint you but that steal your illusions, extinguish your spark.
Review your desires, many times when we are following material illusions we are following a false desire, in psychology it is called ´an extrinsic value´. These illusions we are talking about tend to be VERBS and NOT OBJECTS, they are activities, they are things you do and that are possible for you to achieve.
The illusion must be viable! if it's something unattainable you can get frustrated, so be looking for that thing that is hard to achieve but possible.
🌙 What is your plan to nurture your own illusion and motivation in the coming days?
