My dreams didn't change, I did! 🧚‍♀️

In & out - 2024

It's not about how many things on the list you accomplished this year, it's about what you did when something didn't work out, how compassionate you were with yourself. That said, we all go through the inevitable question: Can I change dreams and goals? Often, we cling to objectives that, at some point, seemed unshakeable. However, the reality is that we are ever-changing beings, and adaptability may be the key to a fuller and more authentic life.

Every dream is a step towards a bolder version of myself. 🐼 #in&outfor2024

However, you know, I don't really buy into the whole idea that everyone has these huge, grand dreams, or at least not at every stage of their lives.

Sure, I've had a few of my own come true, but these days, most of my focus and energy goes towards those everyday dreams. You know, the ones that make life a little sweeter. Like dreaming of a life without constantly rushing, where I can take things slow and enjoy the moment.

So, my loves, I invite you to keep pushing towards a life that you genuinely look forward to waking up to each and every day. ♥️

TRY THID OUT
  • Internal Exploration:

Embark on a journey into your own being. Reflect on your core values, authentic interests, and the experiences that have shaped you. Ask yourself: What truly motivates me in life? This self-awareness is the foundation for building new dreams and goals.

  • Trial and Controlled Error:

Do not fear experimentation. Life is a series of trials and errors. Start with small steps towards new interests and objectives. Embrace the idea that changing direction is not a failure but an opportunity to discover what truly fulfills you. Controlled experimentation allows for learning and growth.

  • Fear Management:

The fear of wanting to change dreams and goals is natural. Overcoming it requires compassion, understanding and action. Break down your fears, identify their roots, and gradually challenge those fears with small yet consistent steps. Acceptance that dreams evolve can reduce anxiety associated with change.

The ability to change dreams and goals is a testament to our flexibility and capacity to evolve. Don't confine yourself to a previous version of you; allow yourself to grow and adapt as you progress in life. When getting to know yourself and facing the fact that many of your dreams may not come true, or conversely, achieving them but not experiencing the satisfaction you anticipated (a topic for another newsletter), remember: every detour can lead to unexpected, enriching discoveries and inevitably into new dreams. ⭐️

PLANS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NO PLANS
  • I LOOOVE TO RITUALIZE MY LIFE and if you’re like me and seeking a space filled with warmth, hope and reflection.

🕯🕯🕯 Light a candle and fill it with gratitude or make a special request for your life. Connect with the moment, with God, the universe, or whatever you believe, and whether you say it out loud or in your mind. Let your intentions shine!

With light & love,
